Connectivity

Client: Connectivity

Site URL: View Site

Languages: XHTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL

Project Description

This website was designed and developed to showcase what I had learnt during my studies at the connectivity training centre. The brief was to create something a design which was both accessible and easily updatable.

For this project I built a content management system which would allow a user to easily add new pages and content to the website. The idea behind it was really to remove the web designer from the equation once the site had been delivered.

The project was a success. Ten users of various ages and computing experience tried to use the administration panel. All of them reported back that it was 'easy' or 'very easy' to use. Since the end of the project the design has been used on several other mini projects. If you would like to use the design on a non-profit website or project please let me know and I will send you the source files.
