Stanley Web Design: Employees, partners and appointed agents of Stanley Web Design
Brief
Stanley Web Design will design and develop web applications to the brief agreed between Stanley Web Design and the Client. Additions to the brief will be carried out at the discretion of Stanley Web Design. Stanley Web Design reserves to right to charge for such additions.
Bugs / Malfunctions / Errors
Every measure will be taken to ensure that the website, design and scripts are free of errors. Stanley Web Design cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.
Malfunctions and/or errors found within 90 days of project completion, that are a direct result of Stanley Web Design’s programming will be corrected promptly by Stanley Web Design for no charge. After 90 days a charge may be incurred.
Stanley Web Design cannot take responsibility for any losses incurred by the use of any software created for the client. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure products are problem free and accurate, the ultimate responsibility lies with the client in ensuring that all software is functioning correctly before use.
Copyright
Stanley Web Design cannot take responsibility for copyright infringements caused by content submitted by the client. Stanley Web Design reserves the right to refuse material of a copyrighted nature without proof of Client ownership
Programming and Graphics created by Stanley Web Design remain the property of Stanley Web Design until all outstanding accounts are paid in full.
Scripts written by Stanley Web Design (unless otherwise agreed) remain the copyright of Stanley Web Design and may only be commercially reproduced or resold with the explicit permission of Stanley Web Design.
Content
The Client agrees to make available, as soon as reasonably possible, all materials required to complete the site to the agreed standard and within the set deadline.
Testing
While Stanley Web Design will test the web application throughly before project completion, the client is expected to test fully any application or programming relating to the website.
Compatibility
Stanley Web Design will ensure that the website structure display’s correctly across Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 1+, Safari(Latest) and Opera(Latest). Stanley Web Design cannot be held responsible for the Client’s content leading to display errors.
Web Standards
Stanley Web Design will guarantee that the software used by the website will validate to the latest standards set by W3C at the time of project completion. Stanley Web Design is not responsible for validating Client content.
Payment
A deposit may be required from a new client before any work is carried out. Any fees incurred by Stanley Web Design during the project must be paid in advance by the client.
The client agrees to pay their account in full within 30 days of receiving the invoice from Stanley Web Design unless agreed otherwise.
Project Cancellation
Should the client wish to cancel the project, Stanley Web Design will be owed payment for work completed to date. The client will receive work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Free E-Mail Aftercare
This service allows the client to ask for advice, help about anything regarding there project, future projects or the internet in general. Stanley Web Design will make every effort to provide reliable and detailed information on what is being asked. Stanley Web Design cannot be liable for any inaccuracies in such e-mail correspondence.
This service is built on good will and it’s aim is to help Clients make the right choices and succeed. Should a Client abuse this good will, Stanley Web Design reserves the right to delay responding to e-mails or ignore e-mails from the Client.
All-in-One Care Package
Term’s for the All-In-One package are agreed between Stanley Web Design and the Client once the clients needs have been assessed.
